The Rev. Dr. Dennis B. Calhoun, Senior Minister
Dennis has served as our Senior Minister since September of 2007. Prior to coming to Marblehead, he served churches in New Milford and Middlebury, Connecticut. He holds degress from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, Yale Divinity School, and Princeton Theological Seminary, but credits the members of the churches he has served as his most influential teachers. Dennis and his wife Susan, a Registered Nurse, enjoy frequent visits from their two grown daughters, Elly and Abby. They share their home in Marblehead with an English Springer Spaniel and a Dachsund.
Heather Ramsey, Associate for Youth, Education & Family Life
Heather has been working with the youth, children and young families of Old North since the Fall of 2005. A graduate of Furman University in Greenville, SC with BA in Elementary Education, Heather brings public school teaching as well as special education experience to her ministry at Old North and with her work with the MACUCC as the Program Coordinator for state-wide Confirmation Retreats. She is currently in her last few semesters of an MDiv program at Andover Newton Theological School and anticipates graduating and starting the ordination process in 2009.Maria van Kalkan, Minister of Music
Maria is in charge of Old North's flourishing music program. She earned the degrees of Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance from Oberlin (Ohio) Conservatory of Music and Master of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music. She also studied organ performance in Holland and Italy. Maria is Director of the Old North Festival Chorus and Orchestra and the Sundays at Five concert series, and a highly sought piano teacher and organ accompaniest and soloist. She is also involved with the Boston Early Music Festival, the Constellation Center for the Performing Arts, and the Old West Organ Society.
Lisa Nahatis, Church Office Administrator
Lisa lives in Danvers with her husband and daughter and has been on the staff since the fall of 2002. She brings to the church seventeen years of financial and systems experience in the banking industry. Lisa enjoys vacationing in Maine with her family.

Sandra Barrett, Bell Choir Director
Sandra graduated from the Eastman School of Music with a degree in Music Education. She has taught and directed instrumental music in churches, public and private schools, professional and cummunity events, and privately for most of her adult life.Melissa MacDonald, Church School Director
Melissa was born and raised in Marblehead and grew up at Old North Church. She completed her BS at University of Maine, then went on to Chamberlayne Design School where she earned a degree in interior design. She worked as a project manager for an architectural firm in Boston for 10 years. In 1996 she returned to Marblehead to marry and become a stay-at-home mom. In 2003 she became the coordinator of church school at Old North Church, and was named Church School Director the following year.

Kevin came on board in 2003. Kevin's strong relationship building skills were honed in the the retail and hotel industries. He's a big sports fan, particularly baseball and football.
